So it's February and for most of us that means the 'new you' is slowing fading into the old 2016 chocolate eating, netflix marathon watching you 🙈

Before you sweep your final resolution under your dusty pile of gym clothes have a read of our top 10 tips from our very own fitness expert to keep pushing on.
1. Find a workout buddy 👫
Someone who can hold you accountable and keep your workouts social and fun.
2. Buy new fitness clothing 😎
This can help you feel fresh, enthusiastic and confident in the gym!
3. Quick, effective workouts!
Workouts don't always have to be long, pre planned and boring - to get your body moving is the most important thing.
4. If you don't like it, don't do it
Why spend 30 minutes running on a treadmill if you hate every second? Find a scenic running route you enjoy or look for an alternative form of cardio.
5. Set goals
Small, realistic goals are proven to help you keep focused and interested.
6. Reward yourself 🎁
New gym bag? New pair of killer heels? Try to stay clear of rewards in the shape of food 🍫🍬 as this can be a slippery slope
7. Get organised
Scheduling in your workouts and commitments helps you to get into a routine and stick to it. Research shows it takes 21 days to form a habit... keep going!
8. Mix it up
Try new things, going to the gym isn't the only place to burn calories... Water polo? Trampolining? Pole dancing? 🤔Think outside the 📦
9. Hire a personal trainer
Some people respond much better to being supported and guided from start to end - if your struggling then a personal trainer is a good person to turn to!
10. Chill out
If you miss one or two sessions, eat a bar of chocolate or even have a full blown binge weekend it doesn't mean you have to throw in the towel! This is a huge reason so many people give up, instead accept it and moveeeee the hell on.... onto your next training session that is 😝
